Happy Valentine's Day

Of course we celebrate romantic love on the anniversary of the death of a man who was beaten to death and then beheaded.  It makes perfect sense.

This saint fought even unto death,
for the law of his God,
and feared not the words of the wicked;
for he was set upon a firm rock.
