What Kind of Dictator Is He?

I must say that I'm surprised that the Dictator, Tyrant, Nazi, Fascist in chief hasn't already issued an executive order to pass the budget, raise the debt ceiling and to have his private army arrest republican congress members and put them in his secret gulag. What kind of dictator is he? I mean, really, no self respecting anti-Christ would let his opponents get away with this kind of insubordination....
