A Collection of Obscure Curses, Imprecations, Oaths, and Profanities – as Observed by St. Aladast of Rimmersgene

It has been my fortune in this life to travel to many distant lands (some might otherwise call it my curse, but I believe that holy Providence has ordered all things well) and to observe their peoples and customs.  One of my great joys in all this travel has been to hear the variety of curses and vulgarities uttered by the peoples of faraway places.

- By the Dark Cat’s Claws…
- On the Horns of the Moon Cow…
- Great Sneezing Silas!
- By Column’s Spattered Brains…
-By the Sacred Candle of Illion…
-By the Braided Beard of Mother Cisaly!
-Under the Shadow of the King’s hunched back!
-May the stench of St Lazarus the Leper’s grave infest your home!
-Saint Enzo’s three humped camel!
-May the merciful Clarice forget the names of your children…
-The fires of the salt-water dragon!
-I swear by the engorged breasts of the Mother of Giants and by the milk they contain…
