Almighty God, who works all things for good, even the death of your son, our Lord; Jesus, be with us in our nights of sorrow that we might see the joy that comes in the morning, through him who lives and reigns with you and your Holy Spirit, One God, forever and ever. Amen.
O Lord Jesus Christ, you who
appeared to your friends on the shore of the Sea of Tiberius; we ask that we
might see you today so that we might better love and serve you each day, to the
glory of God the Father and your Holy Spirit, one God forever and ever. Amen.
Holy Spirit, who was breathed
into the disciples as they were sent out into the world; fill us, we pray, with your eternal
life that we might always sing the praise of our God and never be silent, to
the honor of our God and Father, and Jesus Christ his son, our Lord, one God
forever and ever. Amen.
(based on John 21: 1- 19 and Psalm 30)
