The American Christian says, ‘Let me get rich so I can help
the poor. Let me amass great wealth so that I can be a job creator, so that my wealth
may trickle down to others. Let me fill up and over flow for others.’
Christ says ‘I am rich, but I will make myself poor so that through my poverty they may become rich. Let me empty myself for others so that they may be filled.’ (2 Corinthians 8:9)
